Coronavirus (COVID-19)

Our thoughts are with those who have been directly affected by the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak.  Our top priority is the safety of our employees, families and clients and providing you with the services you need. 

As we continue to monitor developments surrounding the outbreak, we want to update you about our response and steps TMA Accounting and TMA Payroll is taking.

  1. We are closely monitoring developments and guidance for businesses and employers from the U.S. Center for Disease Control (CDC)
  2. Our office is open and operational.  We are committed and prepared to provide you with uninterrupted service including payroll delivery.
  3. Effective March 16 through April 30, we are suspending in-person meetings in our office.  We’re well-equipped to serve you via telephone, web meetings, email and our secure document portal.  If you have questions, or need to pick up or drop off documents, please call us.
  4. We have implemented guidance from the CDC regarding cleaning and disinfecting areas of our office and requiring employees with symptoms or who suspect they have been exposed to stay home.
  5. We are encouraging employees to take common-sense steps including minimizing person-to-person contact and travel, increased handwashing and working remotely when possible. 

If you wish to upload your tax documents to our secure portal, you can do that here via our secure portal.  The portal system will notify us so that we can review and contact you as needed.  If you need assistance, please contact us by telephone or email.

During this difficult time, we greatly appreciate being part of your team.  We will help our clients navigate this crisis including the likely extension of the April 15 income tax deadlines and other economic relief that may become available.
