You deserve pricing information that is clear and easy to understand! Get a customized price estimate by answering a few simple questions about your business.

Are ALL of the following statements true for you and your business? If so, please use the Price Estimator to get your estimate!
You own a small or medium‑sized service business (restaurants, professional services like dentistry, service contractors like landscaping, janitorial, roofing, and many others)
Your business (and owners) are based in and operate in the U.S.
You want help with accounting, taxes, and/or payroll throughout the year, not just at tax time.
You want to stay in compliance with laws and regulations related to your business.
You value great communication, attention to detail, and timeliness.
The price estimate shown above assumes that your business needs a typical service plan, illustrated below. However, no two businesses are exactly alike, and your services may differ depending on your needs.

We think so — and our clients do too. Our goal isn't just to "do your books", but to help you:
Avoid compliance headaches and costly surprises
Make smarter decisions using clear, timely financial information
Save time and hassle, so you can focus on growing your business
Keep bookkeeping, taxes, and payroll on track without scrambling
The return comes in fewer headaches, better decisions, and the peace of mind that someone has your back. For most clients, that value far exceeds the monthly cost.
Most people complete the Price Estimator in just a few minutes. It could take a bit more time if you have more than one business, or if you aren’t able to quickly answer questions like “How many bank accounts does your business have?” or “How many employees does your business have?”
Three things will happen:
1. The Price Estimator will display a ballpark estimate of how much TMA’s services would cost for your business on an ongoing basis.
2. We'll also send you an email containing information about the estimate along with a link back to the website page so you can revisit your customized estimate, if needed.
3. Finally, we'll also attempt to reach you by telephone or email within a day or two to see if we can help by answering questions about our services or pricing. We want to be helpful, and we promise not to be annoying.
We developed our Price Estimator to enable business owners to make smart decisions about whether TMA’s services make sense for them. While it’s an automated tool, we’re confident that the Price Estimator provides a reasonable ballpark estimate for most businesses.
*Note that the estimates provided by the Price Estimator are not a binding price quote, nor an offer to provide any services.
If you want a precise quote for services based on your business and circumstances, please book a call with us.
Yes. However, the Price Estimator is designed to provide a quote for one business at a time. If you want to use it for multiple businesses, we suggest going through it separately for each business.
It’s perfectly acceptable to complete the Pricing Estimator only for your primary business – that’s typically where time and attention are required most.
Information security is a top priority. We will not sell your information, nor will we bother you with endless emails and phone calls. You can expect that we will only use the information you provide here to help you make the right buying decisions for you and your business. Please see our privacy policy for more information.
The pricing estimator tool provides a good ballpark estimate of our pricing in nearly all cases. It’s a great way for business owners to research their options and make informed decisions about whether our services might be worth the cost.
Our Pricing Estimator is a great way to get a general sense of how much it would cost to implement our services in your business. However, since no two businesses are alike, we suggest scheduling a call with us. This will allow us to learn more about you, your business, and your specific needs. Then we can create a service plan and price quote just for you!
Once we have helped you determine exactly what services you need, we can usually get started fairly quickly, typically within one to two weeks.
Implementation typically starts with two important meetings with our service teams. The first meeting is focused on the accounting and tax side of things, and the second focuses on payroll. These meetings may be held in person at our Indianapolis office or by video call.
Accounting strategy meeting – 60-90 minutes
Initial meeting between the business owner and the TMA Accounting service team.
Accounting follow-up meeting – 30-60 minutes
Scheduled to occur soon after we are able to complete your first regular monthly financial reports.
Payroll strategy meeting – 30-60 minutes
Initial meeting between the business owner and the TMA payroll service team. This meeting typically occurs at least two weeks before the first payroll to be processed.
Payroll follow-up – 30-60 minutes
Scheduled to occur soon after the completion of your first regular payroll cycle.
* Backwork: If you need help getting caught up on bookkeeping or tax returns for prior months/years, we may be able to help you determine what needs to be done and how to go about assembling the information needed to complete it. Depending on the extent of the work, the process typically takes 30-60 days from the time you provide us with the information needed.
The estimated price shown above doesn’t include catching up on bookkeeping and/or taxes for prior periods. But don’t worry, we may be able to help with that! Many business owners come to us needing a bit of help catching up. We call that “back work,” and we can help you determine what needs to be done, how long it should take, and how much it will cost. Just book a call with us to get started!
Yes—more than 90% of our business clients stay with TMA for as long as their business is in operation. On average, we work with our small business clients for more than eight years. We think that kind of track record says a lot about the trust and value our team provides.
TMA’s cost isn’t the cheapest out there. Our clients generally invest a little more because we provide a lot more support. While lower-cost options exist, they don’t include the same processes and level of service that TMA’s clients receive.
We believe in transparency. The terms and conditions of our services are outlined in a written service agreement that covers scope, pricing, and key terms – no hidden gotchas. We’ll review your service agreement together before your services start.
Running a business is hard enough—your accounting shouldn’t be. Whether you’re just starting out or scaling up, we’ll help you choose the service plan that fits your needs and takes the guesswork out of your finances.
