We’re local. Our office is on the north side of Indianapolis, and we’ve been serving Indianapolis business owners for over 25 years. We’re set up to work efficiently by phone, email, and video call, and our door is always open if you’d rather meet in person. 

We work mostly with service businesses: restaurants, dental and medical practices, contractors, professional services firms, and others. Most of the businesses we work with have a handful of employees up to about fifty, with annual revenue between $500K and $5M. If you’re not sure whether you’re a fit, the easiest thing to do is schedule a quick call, and we’ll tell you honestly. 

No. We work on a monthly service agreement, not a long-term contract. Our goal is to earn your continued business by doing good work, not by locking you in.

Our core services are priced at a flat monthly fee, agreed on before we start, and billed the same every month. If additional work comes up outside your monthly engagement, we’ll disclose pricing before we begin. No surprises.

It starts with a short introductory call so we can learn about your business and make sure we’re a good fit. If we are, we’ll put together a proposal and walk you through exactly what working with us looks like.
