Why Restaurant365?
Restaurant365 was built specifically for restaurants, and it shows. Daily sales flow in from your POS. Inventory, labor, food cost, and accounting all live in the same system. For a growing restaurant group, that integration is what makes R365 worth the investment.
After 25 years and more than 100 restaurants, we know what good restaurant books look like, daily sales posted accurately, food and labor costs broken out clearly, and reports that actually reflect how the business performs. R365 gives you the platform. TMA is the team working alongside it, keeping your accounting, taxes, and payroll on track all year.
What Our Work in R365 Looks Like
Our work inside your books has a specific purpose: giving you a clear read on the business, location by location, period over period, and month to month. That starts with books that are current, consistent, and ready when you need them.
That's the foundation. Everything else TMA does, from your financial statements to your year-end returns, builds on it.
R365 Isn't Right for Every Restaurant
Restaurant365 is a powerful tool for those who can make good use of it. For single-location operators and smaller groups, it's often more system than the business needs, and QuickBooks Online can handle the most important parts for a fraction of the cost. Many of the restaurants we work with run on QuickBooks Online for that reason.
But for the restaurants R365 does fit, especially multi-location operators and franchisees whose franchisor requires it, there can still be a gap. R365 gives you enterprise-level accounting capability. It doesn't give you an accounting team. That's where we come in. If you're running a handful of locations, you may not have the volume to justify hiring internal employees to handle accounting, taxes, and payroll. We help fill that gap with integrated accounting, taxes, and payroll from one team, on a flat monthly fee.

Operate multiple locations or plan to add them

What we don't offer:
Our R365 work is always a part of a broader set of regular monthly services. We don't offer standalone services for R365 setup or implementation. If you need a one-time project to set up, configure, or optimize R365, we may be able to provide a referral.
